1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules vary depending on the type of service booked:

a) Hotel Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made [24 to 48 hours] prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.

b) Dining & Events

3. Refund Timeline

We work to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once a refund is approved:

• The amount will be reflected in your original payment source (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Mode of Refund

• If you paid via UPI or Net Banking, the amount will be credited to the respective bank account.

5. No-Shows and Early Check-Outs

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
• Early Check-Out: Refunds for early check-outs (shortening your stay) are subject to the specific hotel’s policy and discretion.

6. Force Majeure

Myroomory.com / PRITHEERAJ VENTURES LLP is not liable for refunds in cases where services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure events), unless the service provider explicitly offers a waiver.
